How long does delivery take?
Every order is made for you in 14 days, then travels about 25–42 days door to door to the United States. Online orders ship to the US only for now, and you get tracking by email when your order ships.
What exactly does “DDP” mean?
Delivered Duty Paid means the confirmed landed total includes freight and estimated import charges for the selected destination. The cart shows the server-verified breakdown before payment.
Do I really need zero tools to assemble it?
The furniture system emphasizes tool-free assembly. Check the instructions for your selected product: assembly time, hardware and package sizes can differ. Ask for missing details before ordering.
What if I don’t love it — how do returns work?
You can return pieces within 30 days of delivery. We refund the product price minus a restocking fee of 15%, capped at $250 per item; delivery and import charges are not refundable. Damaged or missing parts are replaced free if you tell us within 14 days. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
What happens to the furniture itself?
We collect returned pieces from your address and confirm how before anything is moved. The pieces come apart without tools, so they go back into flat boxes.
What are the pieces made of?
Materials, finishes and care requirements depend on the selected product. Review its specifications and ask for product-specific evidence for any certification, safety or warranty requirement.
How does the swatch box and voucher work?
Check the swatch page for current availability and contact options. Confirm sample contents, shipping and any voucher terms before ordering; older promotions may no longer apply.
What shipping options do you offer?
Online orders ship to the United States by sea freight, Delivered Duty Paid: your cart shows freight and estimated import charges before you pay, and nothing more is due on delivery. For other countries, or several sets at once, contact us for a quote.
