Online orders are delivered to addresses in the United States.

For other countries, or for several sets at once, email [email protected] or use the trade enquiry form for a quote.

Every order is made for you. Production takes 14 days from order confirmation.

Your boxes then travel by sea freight and are delivered to your door by a local carrier, about 25–42 days after they leave the workshop. That is about 39–56 days from order to door.

We email tracking when your order ships. If it runs past the latest date in your estimate, email us and we will tell you where it is and what happens next.

Your cart shows freight and estimated import charges for your address before you pay. Orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): there is nothing more to pay to the carrier or customs on delivery.

Boxes are sized for standard doors, stairs and elevators, and no box weighs more than 24 kg (53 lb). Check every box on arrival and tell us about any damage within the time set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.
