Returns & Refunds

You can start a return within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking. Email [email protected] with your order number and the pieces you want to return.

Pieces must be complete and undamaged. Assembled pieces are accepted once they are taken apart again, which needs no tools.

We confirm how the pieces will be collected from your address before anything is moved. We arrange the collection.

We refund the product price you paid, minus a restocking fee of 15% of that price, capped at $250 per item.

Delivery and import charges are not refunded: they are paid to carriers and customs when your order ships.

The refund goes back to your original payment method once the collection is complete.

Tell us within 14 days of delivery, with photos of the box and the part. We send replacement parts free of charge, and this does not use up your return window.

Email us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we refund the order in full. Once production has started, the order is handled as a return after delivery.
